be postmarked at
120 days prior to the
date of show.
If posted marked less than one hundred and twenty (120)
days but more than sixty (60) days add $50 per judge late penalty
fee. Show Bill or schedule of classes must be enclosed or

PENALTIES FOR LATE SHOW RESULTS AND FEES
Rule 3053 states: “Failure to submit show results will result in a $ 50 per show per judge fee after the first 21 day period. An additional $ 50 will be added per show per judge each 21 days the horse show is late over and above the first 21 days”. Rule 3054 states: The payment of the appropriate
administrative and drug testing fees which
are not received within twenty-one (21) calendar days will be penalized
according to the time frame found in
