PENDING PROGRAM

 

           Contract for Crisis Fund Trainers

 

1)      This contract entitles buyer of this trainer for 1 –30 days of training. At the fee of $500. If buyer wants more than 1 month training they will pay the trainers regular fees direct to the trainer.

2)      Buyer pays PHBA Crisis Fund for training and board for the 30 days.  The fee will be paid to PHBA before horse arrives at the trainer’s. The buyer of the trainer will be responsible for any other expenses for the horse such as, but not limited to Veterinary and Blacksmith.

3)      Trainer will not be responsible for death or injury to horse while in his or her care and custody.

4)      The trainer has final say as to when the horse may arrive at his or her facility for training.

5)      Trainer will be notified that he or she has been purchased.  A copy of contract will be sent to the trainer and the buyer.  A copy will be kept on file in National office of PHBA.

6)       Palomino Horse Breeders Of America has no liability to the buyer or to the trainer.  PHBA is an agent in this contract and represents neither the buyer nor the trainer in this contract.
