35 MM or high quality digital
Registration, Transfer, Duplicates, Corrections, Complaint Review Committee, including but not limited to:
 

A.     Horses registered with a breed association that doesn’t have an illustrated description of the front, back and each side of the horse,

B.     Discrepancies;

C.     Mismarkings on the application;

D.    Horse with a gray colored parent;

E.     Palomino is not listed as color on breed papers;

F.      Any non-registerable trait questions answered “yes”; 

1.      dorsal stripe

2.      zebra stripes on legs

3.      zebra stripes on withers

4.      white markings (spotting)

a.       Paint

b.      Pinto

c.       Appaloosa

d.      Albino (Cremello and Perlino)

G.    Mane or tail with more that 15% of off colored hair;

H.    Eye colors;

I.       Skin color;

J.       Description and illustration differ or unclear illustration on breed papers;

K.    White markings (may also use white rings as a measuring tool);

1.      excessive markings

2.      questionable markings

3.      establish existence of markings

L.     Markings not noted on breed papers;

M.  Additional markings;

1.      roan patches

2.      patches of darker colored hair

3.      dark spots

N.    Color/Conformation;

O.    Eligible Horses;

P.      Non-Breeding Stock (depending on current registration rules). 

Photographs for Registrations, Transfers, Duplicates, and Corrections

1.      35mm full view of the front, back, each side;

a.)     close-ups any of white markings;

b.)    scars;

c.)    brands;

d.)    tattoos;

e.)    anything not clearly visible in full view photos. 

2.      Computer generated photos are not accepted as they can be altered.

3.      Self developing photographs such as Polaroid’s are not recommended, they make markings difficult to see.
